The Vegetable Gardens

Welcome to the vegetable gardens, where we cultivate a large variety of crops. Our gardens are a showcase of what the soil can offer, from the glossy, deep purples of our Italian and Japanese eggplants to the vibrant greens of our zucchini and bell peppers. We’re always experimenting with unique and flavorful varieties, like our delicious multicolored tomatoes and our crisp salt and pepper cucumbers, alongside the classic kinds you know and love.

Beyond the full-sized vegetables, we also specialize in nutrient-packed greens. Our microgreens are harvested at their peak to bring a burst of freshness and flavor to your table. They’re great in salads, sandwiches, rice bowls, green smoothies, and more! We also grow wheatgrass upon order. Packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, it’s the perfect green boost for your morning juice or smoothie.

We believe that great food starts with healthy soil and careful cultivation, and we’re proud to share the harvest with you! Our vegetables are available for both wholesale and retail sale.
