Discover the Fig Grove at Root & Branch Farms, home to over 500 thriving fig trees. We are proud to be the Piedmont region’s largest grower of fresh figs. We are currently harvesting four different varieties of figs during the 2026 season: Chicago Hardy, heirloom Brown Turkey, heirloom Celeste, and heirloom Lattarula Italian Honey figs.
Our fig season runs from August through November, and we’d love for you to experience it firsthand! Come visit our farm during these months to enjoy fresh figs and the peaceful atmosphere of our grove. It’s the perfect time to explore, pick up some fresh locally-grown produce, and savor the flavors of the season. We can’t wait to welcome you!
